Terms & Conditions
- The Spend & Win contest period is from 29 May 2025 to 22 June 2025.
- The Spend & Win contest is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians.
- The winner of Spend & Win contest will be announced on 23 June 2025.
- The Spend & Win contest is applicable for purchase(s) made in Sungei Wang Plaza only.
- Shoppers are entitled to multiple entries for the lucky draw throughout the contest period, provided they meet the qualification criteria.
- Only Original printed receipts are accepted. Any duplicate, reprinted or used receipts will be deemed as void and not eligible for the Spend & Win contest.
- Original receipt(s) is required as proof of purchase for verification at Information Counter, Ground Floor.
- The Management reserves the right to verify or validate purchases at its discretion.
- Management and Tenants’ staff are not allowed to redeem on behalf of the shopper in Sungei Wang Plaza.
- Receipts from Mega Star Arena, Money Changer, Banking, ATM Transactions, Utilities and Deposit Payment, and Purchase of Cash Vouchers / Shopping Vouchers are not eligible for participation.
- Purchases made using cash vouchers partially or in full are not valid for the Spend & Win contest.
- Each shopper is required to fill in his/her particulars and details as required in the form provided at the Information Counter, Ground Floor.
- The Management reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete and/or ineligible redemptions.
- The Management reserves the right to amend or change any Terms and Conditions as and when deemed fit at any time during the said Spend & Win contest duration without prior notice.
- The Management reserves the right to terminate / vary / withdraw / substitute the Spend & Win contest or its prizes at any time without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
