Birthday Treats

Information Counter, Concourse Floor (Centre Court)

  1. The “Birthday Treats” (“The Programme”) is organised by Sungei Wang Plaza Management Corporation (“The Organiser”) at Sungei Wang Plaza.
  2. The programme will be ended by 30 November 2020.
  3. The programme is open to all shoppers of Sungei Wang Plaza who born in the month of November.
  4. The Organiser’s employees are not eligible to participate in this programme.
  5. Shoppers must present the following documents at Information Counter, Concourse Floor to redeem stamp(s):
  • Original Malaysia’s Identity Card (for Malaysian) and/or Passport (for non-Malaysian)
  • Sungei Wang Plaza web-based app
  1. Each shoppers are entitled for one (1) meal voucher worth RM20 randomly with either one of the follows:
  • Ayam Penyet Betawi
  • Empire Sushi
  • Famous Amos
  • J&G Fried Chicken
  • KFC
  • Kopi Club
  • Teppanyaki
  • The Alley
  • U-Village
  1. The Organiser is not responsible for any misuse of voucher. No replacement of voucher will be offered.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the voucher shall there be found any unauthorised use and/or any entry that does not fulfil the terms and conditions.
  3. Any delay in claiming, the voucher shall be forfeited without any notice or liability to the Organiser.
  4. Shoppers are required to utilise their e-voucher within the stipulated timeline as stated in the e-voucher.
  5. The e-voucher is to be spent at the respective F&B outlets in Sungei Wang Plaza only.
  6. The e-voucher is non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
  7. Sungei Wang Plaza reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute the voucher with alternative prize of similar value, at any time without prior notice.
  8. All shoppers shall be personally liable for all costs and expenses that may be incurred pursuant to the collection, usage or utilisation of the prize, including but not limited to insurance, taxes, fees or any other related costs and expenses.
  9. All shoppers are required to complete the Personal Data Protection Act consent form with mandatory personal details.
